Our group comprised of Kamdar Simulator Services Inc and Ingenious Inc is based in Houston, Texas with a full-fledged satellite office in India:Axiom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Both offices have capabilities to handle all project requirements. Our arrangement with the Indian office and our strategic partners allows us to offer qualified engineering services at a very competitive rate. Together the group has many full time engineers each with several years of relevant experience. We continuously strive to be your one stop low cost solution for improving your performance & profitability.

Our Mission

Our goal as an international organization is to provide the following high quality services:

Process simulation & Control

  • Steady state simulation with expertise in CHEMCAD, Pro II, Hysys, Aspen Plus, and Design-II
  • Dynamic simulation with expertise in Honeywell, ABB, Fantoft, Trident, and RSI simulation technologies.
  • Training Needs analysis, simulator scope definition & documentation
  • DCS (TPS and logic) services (Honeywell)

Planning & Scheduling

  • Production Planning & feasibility studies: Expertise in Aspen PIMS, PetroBlend and others.
  • Crude assay evaluations: Using HPI crude assay database
  • Plant scheduling: ProSched 
    •

Engineering Services

  • Basic Engineering services: Front End Engineering, PFD & P&ID development, equipment/heat exchanger sizing and rating, process simulation, market research and report writing
  • Conceptual and feasibility studies

 

Training courses: Available for dynamic simulation, planning & scheduling and chemical process operations. Training also available on individual refinery and chemical units like SRU, DCU, Crude distillation, HDS, Gas Plant, compressors, distillation columns, power generation etc.
